FICTIONAL CASE STUDY
Context: There have been multiple new hostess hires at XYZ Diner. Staff are forgetting the proper layout for initial table seating when seating guests. This presents a problem for servers who are greeting tables without menus, glassware to fill, or utensils. This job aid was created to display items needed and layout for hosts.

Context: With an influx of new teachers to VCS, many are unaware of the Copy Center resource and how to access it. Due to this lack of knowledge, on-site copy machines are being utilized for mass copies. This infographic was created to demonstrate the steps for accessing this resource quickly and easily. It has been shared with educators, and posted above the on-site copy machine as a reminder.

Context: The office staff at company XYZ have been placing multiple postage stamps on letters. This came after a “return to sender” incident for a file being mailed that was over 1 oz. This job aid was created to remind staff to weigh their letters, and use the appropriate postage to reduce costs.
