As an educator for over a decade, I am incredibly passionate about designing learning and e-learning curriculum to meet the specific needs of my audience.

I’ve always had an adept ability to teach, but WHAT I was teaching, and HOW those materials and delivery could impact learner success is what continues to light the fire under me. I find myself most fulfilled when analyzing caveats, and creating experiences to bridge those gaps. By ensuring training is needed, relevant, engaging, and comprehensible- training objectives will align with tangible change. Adults can use a little Ms. Frizzle as well!
